Teen Ruby Iris and Misery

ok i admit it, i'm a big fan of Ruby Gloom XD it's a show for, what, 10 year olds yet it's kept me entertained every episode, watch it if you haven't!! as far as i know it's not airing on tv over here anymore :< but i've found some episodes on youtube so there you go.

as for the pic i wanted to draw the 3 main girls from the show as teenagers as so many other deviants already have, but still it was fun filling them out and designing different clothes for them, Iris in particular looks different, i thought she'd suit a shirt and pants more since she's an adventurous daredevil and instead of Misery's permanent tear streaks i gave her permanent tattoos (i don't know, it's an emo thing) and i've kept Ruby generally the same but modified her dress lol. i actually came across an older version of this i drew 2 years ago and thought it was that crappy it needed updating so it gave me the inspiration for this over 9000 times better version X3
